Refund Policy

1. Try it free first

Our products come with a free trial that needs no payment (see our Pricing page for each product's trial), so you can check that a product fits before you pay.

2. No automatic renewals

Plans are prepaid and never renew automatically. You never need to cancel to avoid being charged again.

3. When we give a full or partial refund

We will refund you if:

• You were charged twice for the same purchase, or charged more than the price shown at checkout. We refund the extra amount. • You paid but your plan did not activate, and we could not fix it within 3 business days after you told us. We refund the full payment. • You paid during your free trial and ask for a refund before the paid period starts. We refund the full payment. • A refund is required by Philippine law.

4. When we don't give a refund

Except in the cases above, payments for a period that has already started are not refundable, including if you stop using the product before the period ends or forget to use it.

When you move up to a bigger plan, the value of the days left on your current plan is carried over to the new plan instead of being refunded.

5. How to ask for a refund

Email hello@cloudlabs.ph within 7 days of the payment, with:

• the product, your account email and your account or shop name • the date and amount of the payment • the payment reference number from your receipt • the reason for your request

6. What happens next

We will reply within 2 business days. If your refund is approved, we send it back to the payment method you used. Depending on your bank or e-wallet, it usually reaches you within 7 to 14 business days. If your refund is for the full payment, the plan it paid for is ended.
