Delivery Policy

1. What you receive

When you buy a plan, you receive access to that plan's features in your account on the product's website for the period you paid for. Nothing physical is shipped, and there are no delivery fees.

2. When you receive it

Your plan activates automatically as soon as our payment provider confirms your payment, usually within a few minutes. You will see the active plan and its end date on the product's billing page, and a receipt is sent to your account email.

If you pay during a free trial, the paid period starts when the trial ends.

3. Where we serve

Our products are offered to people and businesses in the Philippines and are billed in Philippine pesos. You can use them from anywhere with an internet connection.

4. If your plan doesn't activate

If your plan isn't active within 1 hour of paying, email hello@cloudlabs.ph or call 0949 072 8945 with the product, your account email and the payment reference number. If we can't fix it within 3 business days, you get a full refund under our Refund Policy.
